WHAT ARE OUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

  • USA

    • Through 12pm CT on Dec 22 2025, orders over $1,000 in the contiguous US will enjoy FREE 2-Day Shipping (Business Days). Orders with the PowerBank and the AirDesk cannot be shipped 2-Day.
    • Artivelle offers FREE Express Shipping in the Contiguous US * on orders between $100 and $1,000.

    • Orders in the US $100 and below have FREE Standard Shipping

    • An order placed after 11:45 AM CT for US customers on Friday may not be delivered until the following Wednesday.

    • Overnight weekend deliveries vary by location and carrier. An overnight shipment ordered after 11:45 AM CT for US customers on Friday may not be delivered until the following Tuesday.

  • CANADA

    • Artivelle offers FREE Standard Shipping

    • Expedited Shipping can be purchased for a fee.

  • INTERNATIONAL

    • Customers outside the US and Canada can purchase paid international economy shipping.

  • Orders placed before 1145am CT are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1145am CT are processed the next business day. Note that orders placed after 1145am CT on a Friday are not processed till the following business day.

Express Shipping (Continental USA)

  • Delivers within 2-4 business days

Standard Ground Shipping (USA and Canada)

  • Continental US: Delivers within 5-12 business days

  • Military addresses, PO Boxes, and US Territories: Delivers within 3-10 business days

  • Canada Standard Ground: Delivers within 5-12 business days

  • International Economy Shipping outside of the US and Canada: Delivers 7-30 days

International Shipping (Excluding US / Canada)

  • Customers are responsible for any potential VAT and import fees. Please review your country's import guidelines for more information on costs associated with imported goods 

  • We are unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine, Colombia, Palestine and Israel at this time

  • International orders do not qualify for free shipping or extended product warranty protection through Extend

Additional Notes: Canada Shipping  

  • VAT and import fees are waived for Canadian shipments *Excluding AirDesk 

  • Canada orders do not qualify for extended product warranty protection through Extend

Additional Disclaimers

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed as they move quickly into the fulfillment stage.

  • US ONLY PRODUCTS: The PowerBank, Air Desk, and SmartMotion Office Chair are only available within the contiguous United States (it does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and the Armed Forces).

  • Shipping addresses can be edited within 45 minutes of placing an order from the customer's order confirmation page, also accessible via the confirmation email. After that time, the shipping label will be printed and we cannot edit an address further. 

  • Artivelle Shipping Protection is required to cover lost, stolen, and damaged items. This must be added during checkout. Full details of XSP coverage are found here

  • We will always do our best to ship all products within your order together. However, some products may ship separately.  

  • All "delivered by" and "ships by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. While we’ll do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Xebec is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control.

  • We will keep you updated on your order status via email. You can also check the status of your order anytime via the link in your shipping confirmation email. (Just select the Track button from the Order Details page. The tracking page will give you the most up-to-date information).  

Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
